I am a wife, mother, Therapist, Counselor, Emotional Fitness Consultant, and Founder of Foxygen Consulting, LLC.
As an Emotional Fitness Consultant, I provide training, consulting, and coaching to individuals and organizations in emotional fitness as well as business and personal relationships. I seek to lessen the stigma surrounding mental health in corporate America and help prioritize emotional fitness just as much as we do physical.
As a speaker and consultant, there is nothing I love more than helping others realize the profound truths about themselves so that they can silence that inner critic, live in freedom, and become powerful achievers.

She’s raised three kids. She’s a grandmother. And she’s a cancer survivor.
Before partnering with Michelle at Foxygen, Christina worked in various industries such as Education, Tourism and Sales. She owned and operated a visual arts studio for many years. The enthusiasm to bring her expertise in Sales and Marketing to Foxygen is fueled by her compassion and belief that every workplace can be an ethos of growth and excellence where Leadership teams lead with servant hearts first.
Christina, along with her husband Phil live in the hills of Ball Ground, GA where she enjoys doing furniture rehabilitation and home renovations.
KATHERINE LOUTHAN, DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND WORKFORCE ENGAGEMENT CONSULTANT
She is a Virginia native, a bacon enthusiast and a SCUBA diver.
Katherine is the true definition of a “people person” having friends and relations worldwide. Whether it is curiosity about their life story, or the desire to leave them smiling, Katherine often seeks to engage with others. Her past careers have been human-centric: education, consultative sales and talent acquisition. Each previous role honed her skills with assessments, training, employee and culture development, and program design/implementation.
Katherine derives joy from helping people find deeper understanding of what they have to offer, how they make an impact on their company’s success and being engaged in their workplace. She believes the most direct way to corporate success is for leadership to champion their people.
